6. Third-Party Services We Use

These may include Google (Analytics, Search Console, Ads), Meta, TikTok, our website host, email and scheduling tools, and payment processors. 7. Email & Marketing Communications (CASL)

If we send you commercial electronic messages, we do so in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. We will only send marketing emails where we have your consent or another legal basis to do so. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to an active project or account.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
